For a better service for you, TELOPRO BIOSCIENCES GMBH has developed this TERMS & CONDITIONS to explain how we perform TeloPro^® Proprietary Blend supplement order, 6-Month Health Plan,  product-return terms and legal disclaimer so that you will be fully aware of how and why we are doing things in this way.

It is important for you to read this TERMS & CONDITIONS carefully. We will consider that you agree with our TERMS & CONDITIONS by default once you use our site www.telo-pro.com or our services to complete your order.

1. TeloPro^® Proprietary Blend supplement

TeloPro^® Proprietary Blend, a food supplement with Ginseng and Astragalus extract contained，which has gained  much positive feedback. Please see our "USERS FEEDBACK".

Primary ingredients are extracts from herbs Astragalus and Ginseng which was originated from China and have been widely used for health preservation for more than 2000 years.

*The “Before” test kit will be sent together with the first month of TeloPro^®.

*The “After” test kit will be sent together with the sixth month of TeloPro^®.

**You will be charged automatically 339.00 €/month from PayPal, credit or debit card you use to purchase, 6 months with totally 2034.00 € till you cancel it.

3. TeloPro Biosciences GmbH’s service and liability

3.1 We provide the explanation of products and services via website/email/telephone, but not any medical advice. If you need, please consult your doctor.

3.2 We provide the chance of telomere test for free for you only if you agreed to join  “6-Month Health Plan”.

3.3 We reserve the right to review the eligibility of participation of the offer.

3.4 We shall not assume any liability to anyone for the distinguished deviation of the test results which may occurred and caused by including but not limited to the change of objective environment (life or work stress, lifestyle changes, sudden changes of life, family misfortunes, disease, etc.) and subjective feelings (depression, stress, etc.), or other factors caused by the test institution such as telomeres testing deviation. The telomere length data was provided by a third-party testing company. It is only for reference. If distinguished deviation of the test results occur, we only offer full refund of product.

3.5 We undertake to take all due care with any information which you may provide to us when accessing our website. Information you transmit to us is entirely at your own risk, although we undertake to take reasonable steps to preserve such information in a secure manner. Our compliance with privacy legislation is set out in our SECURITY & PRIVACY POLICY.

4. Users’ liability

4.1 You agree that you will, at all times, provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when submitting information or materials on this site, including but not limited to, when you provide information via a site registration or submission form. If you provide any false, inaccurate, untrue, or incomplete information, we reserve the right to terminate immediately your access to and use of this site.

4.4 You agree that if distinguished deviation of the test results occur, only a full refund of the product will be accepted.

5. Return the product

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased on this site, you can return the product to us within 14 days after you received the product with the products unopened.

You must contact us at service@telo-pro.com before you returning the product. You must pay the costs of returning the goods.

The product must be returned unopened with the original seal intact. Refunds for open goods will not be accepted.

The refund will appear on your account within 5 business days until the product have been returned.
